Updates Regarding Founder's Packs

Greetings Adventurers!

August 6th was our official global Steam launch, and we want to start by thanking you for all your support and patience during the last few months!
From everyone here at Round 8 Studio and Neowiz, thank you.

The initial opening of our launch had some rocky start, and players who purchased either of our Founder's Pack logged into a region/server to avoid the technical congestion at the early portion of our launch which caused some confusion in receiving the purchased Founder's Pack.
We strongly apologize for any interference or disruption to the service and gameplay this may have caused.

To provide a better gaming experience and service, as an apology, adjustments to the Founder's Packs properties will be made for users who purchased either of the Deluxe, Exalted, and or Ultimate Founder's Pack. These users can receive the DLC components in all regions/servers aside from the initial region/server in which they received the rewards.
(Lumena and Premium Benefits not included.)

The following service will be applied through an upcoming maintenance in the near future,
and will be announced through a separate post after the update is complete.

Again, we apologize for the confusion and we are working quickly to have the new DLC service up and running as soon as possible.
We appreciate everyone's continuous support and can't wait to reveal new updates and a high-quality gaming experience in the near future.
