Dear Bless Unleashed PC community,

I’m Koven Park, Head of the Round 8 Studio development team.

 

I can’t express my gratitude enough to all our Bless Unleashed PC users for enjoying and supporting the game since the official launch on August 6th (PDT).

Today, I’m writing to talk about Bless Unleashed PC’s current state, as well as our future plans to provide a better gameplay experience for our users.

 

Bless Unleashed has focused on creating a pleasant server environment. 

Throughout the previous CBTs as well as a series of internal tests, the team constantly conducted content and server related tests, but unexpected problems arose at the beginning of launch due to the huge number of players. First, I would like to personally apologize for this incident.

To fix this issue, we quickly added dungeon and field servers, and as for the popular Bone Dragon, we are currently working on improving the content so a server load does not occur. Many of the issues found at the beginning of launch have been resolved. Although there are many more aspects to improve upon, we believe that current server and field lags have been greatly reduced. We promise to constantly improve the game so users can enjoy playing in an even better environment. 

 

Bless Unleashed is preparing improvements based on direct user feedback.

We are well aware of the current feedback that our users have been providing and our current number #1 priority is to investigate and apply the given feedback.

The main topics are as follows:

• Continuous UI/UX improvements for PC optimization

• Balance improvements

• Countering illegal programs

• September update 

 

Round 8 Studio has constantly been working on the topics mentioned above and are pondering upon the best possible method to implement these improvements/updates for our community. I will be further explaining in detail in parts 2 and 3 of my long but sincere letter.

As a token of our gratitude to the community, we plan to make the Bless Pass [Changing World] paid benefits starting September 9th completely free. 

We genuinely thought about the best way to express our gratitude to our fellow users.

We have also been thinking about how to make the game more enjoyable, and so will be providing Bless Pass [Changing World] for free so all users can participate. In addition, we will be creating a mass coupon so users can receive the Super Premium Benefits (7-Days) for free.

 

Users who purchase the Ultimate Founders Pack after the end of Bless Pass [To the North] (11:01 am PDT) will receive two additional Bless Pass Tier Upgrade tickets as the Bless Pass [Changing World] benefits become free.

Due to Bless Pass Season 6 being free, users who purchase the Ultimate Founders Pack after the end of Season 5 (11:01 AM PDT) will be given two additional Bless Pass Tier Upgrade tickets. 

 

Details will be further announced through a separate post next week. 

 

A development roadmap will be announced after the September Update.

Following the September update, we will prepare and announce the future plans of Bless Unleashed based on user feedback as well as the main topics mentioned above. We promise to continually work with users to create a better Bless Unleashed.
